Credit Card Authorization

We require all active families / users to have a form of payment on file in order to enroll in classes/team program. 

Make Up Classes

When your child misses a class at OSSG you may make the class up any time as long as they are currently enrolled in our program and payment is up to date. Make up classes may be scheduled thru our parent portal or with our front desk staff 24 hours or more prior to the make up class.

Refund Policy

If a class is not made up while enrolled, the cost/class is forfeited. We do not refund or credit money (including missed days for weather conditions). In extreme cases, such as long term injury or illness, funds may be frozen and applied towards future classes when the athlete returns. Your child must be enrolled and current.

Class Policies

Spectators are to remain in the bleacher area during classes and are discouraged from interacting with the students while they are in class. Jewelry, midriffs and any clothing with zippers, snaps or buttons are not to be worn during class. Long hair must be tied back or put up. Please note we are not responsible for lost items such as clothing or jewelry.

Late Fees

A $15 late fee will be added to all invoices not paid in full within 7 days of the due date.

Discounts

• Immediate sibling discounts; 1st Sibling – 10% off, 2nd sibling 20% off, etc not to exceed 50% off.
• 10% Local Heroes Discount including Law Enforcement, Fire, Rescue and Military Families (Thank you for your service!)
• 40% off Multiple Class Discount. 
• Summer Camp: Early Sign up discounts (before April 1st)
• Multiple siblings AND multiple weeks discounts. See our front desk team for more details on what discounts can be combined.

Holiday Closures

OSSG will be closed on the following Holidays:

New Years Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Halloween after 1PM
Thanksgiving Weekend
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Additional Holiday Breaks may occur, please refer to our website, parent portal and social media accounts.

Photos & Videos

Photos/videos of participants will be taken randomly for the purpose of marketing such as physical brochures, event fliers, TV commercials and social media. If you see someone taking photos/videos during your child’s class and do not want their pictures to be used for these purposes, please let the front desk staff be aware of your decision that day.
