Our PeeWee classes are designed for children aged 15-36 months. One adult participates with each child, allowing each child the freedom to learn at his/her own pace. Classes are 45 minutes in duration and provide many opportunities for learning basic gymnastics, as well as development of fine and gross motor skills in a fun, safe environment.

Our Preschool classes are for boys and girls aged 3-5 years. Here, children are working independently of their parents. Children rotate to balance beam, uneven bars, vaulting, floor exercise, trampoline, and tumble track. These classes are one hour in duration and, of course, provide a variety of opportunities for children to learn basic gymnastics skills in a fun, safe environment.

Kindergym classes are for children of kindergarten age. Like preschool classes, these children work independently of their parents and classes are one hour in duration. Because these children are all of kindergarten age, the skills taught are a bit more advanced than the preschool level. For some children, this class provides a smoother transition to our regular Boys and Girls classes from the preschool program.

Girls classes are for girls aged 6 years and older. These classes are an hour and fifteen minutes in duration. Girls work out on all the women’s competitive events including vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, trampoline and tumble track.

Boys classes are for boys aged 6 years and older. These classes are an hour and fifteen minutes in duration. Boys work out on all the men’s competitive events including pommel horse, high bar, parallel bars, vault, floor exercise, still rings, trampoline, and tumble track.
